Expected Devices to be revealed by Nokia In few hours !

Nokia is preparing to launch 3 new Windows Phone devices tomorrow.

The two new devices are the Lumia 800, formerly known as Sea Ray; the Lumia 710 and  will be introduced by Nokia CEO Stephen Elop at tomorrow’s Nokia World keynote.

The devices will be coming to European markets in November, with the US following suit shortly thereafter.

The Lumia 800 appears to look a lot like the N9. The specs on the leaked images look solid, if not all that surprising:
  • 116.5×61.2×12.1mm
  • 142 g
  • 512mb RAM
  • No SD card slot
  • 390 hour idle time on 2G, 380 hr idel time on 3G
  • 5hr talk time on 3G
  • 50hr music playback time

The Lumia 710 looks to be the lower end device, although there are less specs on display. It does seem to be a smaller device though.

And the Nokia 900 :

1.4GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 32 GB inbuilt memory, Bluetooth 4.0, and [a] 1800 mAh battery

Three handsets seem to be what the Finnish giant has in store for us at its Nokia World conference which kicks off in a relatively short number of hours.

Nokia & Microsoft Party Invitation : Possible launch Of first Nokia Windows Phone?

Both companies have just sent out an invitation for a joint-event at this month's GamesCom in Cologne, Germany. According to the invitation, attendees can expect "exciting actions and surprises", which "will make it an an evening to remember".

Nokia and Microsoft will raffle 3 Nokia (phones) with Windows Phone (as soon as available) so it sounds like the 17th could be the official announcement date but not the sales start of Nokia's first Windows Phone 7 smartphone !
